I thought maybe I got a pack of bad batteries, so I went to my local TruValue and bought a dated battery, it was supposed to be good until 2019. That $5 battery lasted about an hour (4 door openings).

I set it up to just chime once but occasionally it plays some of the other choices for tones. I'm in a small office and don't really want to hear "Dixie" or "Happy Birthday" when someone comes in. If u have air compressors and airguns running all day or gonna be 100ft away from it this is not for you and i doubt your gonna find something that will suit u.
